- 100% Outpatient
- Salary: $230, 000 DOE
- Production Bonus: 45% of gross charges once salary is covered
- 30 days PTO 6 Holidays $5,000 CME
- Comprehensive Benefits
- $50,000 at signing and $50,000 at start with 4-year commitment
