is working with a client who is seeking ER Physicians that are BC in Emergency Medicine for full-time services in a Level IV trauma center hospital located in eastern Massachusetts.
The position starts ASAP and has no end date.
All travel, lodging and car rentals are covered.
Physicians will be expected to be experienced with the full range of Emergency Department procedures and methods.
About the Opportunity : - Period of Performance is current and on-going- Multiple shifts : 6a-2p, 8a-4p, 8a-5p, 11a-7p, 12p-8p, 2p-10p, 3p-11p, 5p-1a, & 10p-6a.
Rotating shifts between 18 ER physicians & mid-levels- 70k annual visits; Minimum of 2 ER physicians each shift; heavy shift overlap- 1.5 to 1.8 patients per hour per physician- Full range of in-house and on-call services offered (Surgery, Peds, Anesthesia, Ortho, Nephrology, etc.).
Intensivists are on 7a-7p with on-call 7p-7a.- ED does not respond to airways or codes- Located about 40 miles northwest of Boston, MA.
Requirements : - Active and unrestricted Massachusetts state Physicians license- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine- Active and unrestricted DEA- Full vaccinations and immunizations
