Locums, Inc. is seeking Emergency Room Physicians for a Locum Tenens assignment in North Dakota serving the local Native American population in a 27-bed hospital. All state and Federal licenses accepted at all government facilities. About the Opportunity : - Period of Performance will be approx. 5 / 1 / 21 4 / 30 / 22 with an additional 4-year options for those who desire longer assignment - Rotating Day / Night 12hr shifts on a 14 day on / 14 days off rotating schedule- Annual salary increases- Patients will be of all age ranges- Provider will be on-call weeknight, weekends, and holidays while on schedule- Travel, Per Diem and Hourly compensation - 1099 Contractor positionRequirements : - Active and unrestricted state or Federal license- Emergency Room experience- BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, & NPR Certifications- Current on all Vaccinations and Immunizations- Active and unrestricted DEA license- Be able to pass background checks and character investigation- 3 References
