This locum tenens opportunity is available in a state-of-the-art ICU facility in northwest Florida. As a critical care physician associate, you will be responsible for caring for adults in a dynamic and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with intubations, CVC insertions, and arterial line insertions, and will have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Perform intubations, CVC insertions, and arterial line insertions as needed
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Board certification or eligible
- Experience working in an ICU setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely manner
