We are working with a well-established environmental equipment company to recruit a Sales Manager to help develop the client attraction tactics for mid-market construction company clients.
You will be responsible for assessing current sales and marketing efforts and in coming up with new approaches and strategies for attracting customers in the sub-contractor market. You will then be responsible for delivering this strategy and increasing the market penetration.
This company provides a wide range of environmental products and equipment which construction companies use to manage water and waste for new build commercial and residential properties. They have an excellent range of products and show facilities to help you sell to the target sector.
This job will suit a sales professional who takes time to understand a market and think about how best to approach it. You will also need to be someone who will enact the plan once you've developed it, so you need to not be scared of using the phone and making client visits and presentations.
