ROLE DETAILS
As a full-stack Principal Software Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader within the engineering organization, driving innovation, shaping architectural decisions, and guiding the team to deliver high-quality solutions. This role focuses on solving the most complex technical challenges, influencing long-term strategy, and mentoring engineers across all levels. You will set the standard for technical excellence and lead initiatives that have a wide-reaching impact across LODAS.
Technical Leadership :
- Help the CTO define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for large-scale, cross-functional systems.
- Provide technical direction to engineering team, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct design and architecture reviews, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of solutions.
- Navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions in complex situations.
