Summary
We are seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Lodestar Children's Services. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations, providing guidance and support to our staff while ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children and families in need. A valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist is essential.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support clinical staff in the delivery of therapeutic services.
- Support clinical staff in developing and implementing treatment plans and safety plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct regular case reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients.
- Provide training and mentorship to new staff members.
- Stay updated on current best practices in child psychology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required.
- Valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Psychologist is essential.
- Experience working with children with psychiatric disabilities is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The applicant must reside in New York.
Schedule
- Fully Remote. Make your own schedule.
- We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule who has at least 2 nights open during the week for supervisions.
- We are looking for someone who can build up to supervising a caseload of 8-10 providers or up to 10-15 hours per week.
Pay
- $45-50 per hour
