The Courtyard by Marriott, situated on CMU’s campus, is seeking part-time Bistro Attendants to support morning dining services at their on-site restaurant. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and quality restaurant/bar services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction
- Money handling/accounting
- Basic cleaning duties to maintain bistro and kitchen area
- AM service includes barista and coffee bar duties, which include crafting coffee beverages for guests.
- Prepare and present food to guests’ expectations
- Safe food handling

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel including nights and weekends.
