Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Server. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests, including greeting them warmly upon arrival, escorting them to their tables, and presenting menus, specials, and promotions in a friendly and professional manner.
You'll also be responsible for taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system promptly, serving food and beverages to guests efficiently and accurately, and monitoring tableware, glassware, and utensils for cleanliness and hygiene.
A key part of your role will be anticipating guests' needs throughout their meal and providing proactive assistance and refills to enhance their dining experience. You'll work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate the timing of food and beverage service, ensuring that orders are prepared and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to provide high-level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure.
