Position Summary
The Application Administrator will improve and support Applications / Tech Stack and users throughout Lodge Cast Iron by providing the appropriate tools and insights to key stakeholders.
The individual will partner with various cross-functional teams at Lodge to better understand areas of opportunity. They are responsible for Improving, supporting, and maintaining applications utilized by multiple departments. In addition, the role will provide ad hoc analyses and contribute to the monthly review of our financial statements.
The ideal candidate is a team player who possesses strong analytical skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can clearly communicate and present information to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Improving, supporting, and maintaining applications utilized by multiple departments Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Work with business partners to define and refine business analytics user requirements.
- Contribute to a dynamic work environment by learning new skills and sharing knowledge with team members.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analyses
- Provide technical support and administration for certain Lodge business applications including but not limited to:
- Sage 500 ERP and Integrations
- Microsoft SQL Environment
- Microsoft Power BI
- Mobe3 WMS /02 Mobile
- Paycor HCM
- Provide technical support and administration for Lodge Tech Stack integrations.
- Maintain current and new ETL integrations in Dell Boomi and Alteryx
- Analyze ETL integrations for synergy and cost effectivity
- Responsible for error handling in various tools and systems (Finex integration, Sage Staging Tables, Averitt outbound freight, etc.)
- Develop and maintain Data warehouse – Snowflake
- Month reporting end reconciliation to ensure accurate data
- Any and all other job-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or technical field.
- Previous experience supporting End user applications.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Excellent analytical ability and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Qlik Sense, Windows Scripting, SFTP, Snowflake.
- Familiarity with integrating data from different sources.
- Self-motivated, creative, and a team player.
- Experience with Alteryx or other workflow program is desired, but not required.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines.
- Experience in manufacturing is desired
