You'll be responsible for ensuring that every cast iron product meets our high standards, from ensuring castings are perfectly finished to inspecting, labeling, and packaging finished goods. Requirements
- You should be a champion of safety.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic hand tool knowledge is required.
- You should be able to meet physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, and using safety equipment.
- Two or more years of related experience and/or training are preferred.
- Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- A forklift license is advantageous.
- You must be dependable and have a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- You should be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Excellent listening skills and adherence to safety procedures are required.
- Pride in your work and craftsmanship are key.
- You should be prepared for a work environment that requires resilience and hard work.
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour for Finishers and $15.50/hour for Packers.
