You'll work closely with our experienced team to ensure that every piece of cast iron meets our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
What We're Looking For
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional results
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, and using safety equipment
- 2 years of related experience and/or training preferred
- Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Forklift license is advantageous
- Collaborative and supportive team player
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent listening skills and adherence to safety procedures; you see something, you say something
- Pride in your work and craftsmanship
