What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Person position at Lodge on the River?
Maintenance person needed for small hotel in Bullhead City AZ.
Previous 2 years experience needed.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds easily, walk up and down stairs and twist, able to work outside when needed, reach and bend easily.
Experience with drywall repair, landscaping, painting, light plumbing to be able to change toilets and faucets etc.., and other skills. Pool servicing a plus.
You must have your own tools and vehicle to use during your shifts with insurance and a valid driver's license is required.
Maintain all maintenance aspects of a small hotel, thus be sure to let us know what past experience you have working at a motel, hotel, apartment building or other facility that would be a good fit for this position.
Must pass basic background check and have recent verifiable job history.
