What are the responsibilities and job description for the Houseman / Maintenance / Shuttle - Towneplace Suites by Marriott Whitefish position at Lodging Dynamics?
Life as a Houseman / Maintenance / Shuttle Associate:
- Accomplish maintenance and engineering functions of the hotel.
- Administers the preventative maintenance program as required, properly completing work orders on time
- Completes training regarding safety, security, department procedures and service guidelines
- Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
- Drive shuttle
- Perform cleaning duties as needed
What we're looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Lifting of up to 75 pounds and carrying of up to 25 pounds may be required.
- Valid driver's license
What to expect in your first few months:
First, you will become familiarized with the functions of the hotel! From there we'll have you work within the team where your expertise can shine! As you continue to work in this role, you'll become a key contributor in assuring a smooth operation of the hotel's functions!
