Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Supervise and train staff, including assistant managers, kitchen personnel, and servers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions and manage financial aspects of the business.
- Coordinate catering services for events and oversee kitchen management.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to track sales and manage customer orders.
Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant or hotel management with a focus on inventory control, marketing, and increasing sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
