What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Lodi Toyota?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations. The successful applicant will be well versed in Microsoft Office applications. CDK knowledge is helpful. Duties will include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Office Duties such as maintaining files and records, undertaking basic bookkeeping tasks and store deposits daily, etc. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of office procedures. Prior experience in an automobile dealership is highly preferred.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and process accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* Handle accounts receivable, including preparing and sending invoices, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
* Perform general office duties, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems (both electronic and paper).
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, invoice posting
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.25 per hour
