Flexible Part time to Full time position.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the practice facility operations, ensuring functionality, safety, and maintenance by managing repairs, coordinating maintenance schedules, supervising staff, managing vendor relationships, and adhering to budget constraints to maintain a safe, functional and efficient work environment..
Includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural and equipment as well as grounds and landscaping.
Includes 4 locations:
Lodi Veterinary Care-Lodi
Lodi Veterinary Care-Portage
Lodi Veterinary Care-DeForest
Kohn Farm
Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance, ordering emergency repairs, ensuring vehicles are properly tagged and licensed and participate in decisions for acquisition and disposal.
The qualified candidate will have hands-on and managerial experience with all aspects of building operations and maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and is capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. Problem-solving skills are essential.
