Lodi is currently seeking an experienced Server to join our team
Lodi is one of the first concepts to join the iconic Rockefeller Center as it reimagines its retail and hospitality collection for a new era. The all-day caffè stems from Chef Ignacio Mattos, chef-owner of quintessential New York City restaurants, estela and Altro Paradiso. At Lodi, Mattos and his team draw inspiration from Italian aperitivo culture and the restaurant’s historic surroundings. The vision is to create a neighborhood anchor, elegant and friendly—a place you can visit practically any time of day, whether for an espresso in haste or a leisurely late-afternoon cocktail on the patio.
A Server is responsible for managing the guest’s overall dining experience by providing prompt, attentive table service. This role will support the guests’ dining experience and will be in communication with service and kitchen team and serving guests in an efficient manner.
Lunch, dinner and weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities:
Guest Service
- Ensure all guests consistently receive courteous and efficient service.
- Respond positively and promptly to customer concerns and complaints.
- Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating food beverage and service offerings.
- Communicate any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff.
- Maintain a welcoming and orderly restaurant environment.
- Build relationships with repeat guests.
Personnel
- Ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards.
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings.
- Participate in restaurant service and team trainings.
- Ensure consistent communication with team members, management, and the kitchen during service.
- Demonstrate ability to aid co-workers during service while successfully maintaining responsibilities.

Physical Demands
- The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
