Effectively manages all assigned projects and tasks, including but not limited to:
- Planning
- Forecasting
- Risk analysis and management
- Product deliveries
- Installation/project schedule and labor timelines
- Inventory management
- Milestones and checkpoints
- Customer deadlines
- Internal reporting
- Financial and margin accountability
- Vendor and customer deliverables
- Statements of work
- Scopes of work
- Works with the Program Manager to help define and develop methods and procedures, implement best practices and ensure the procedures are enforced on projects.
- Reviews project specifications, construction drawings, and project-specific documents to establish project scope.
- Coordinates with internal customers such as: purchasing, logistics, material project team, shipping, and contractors throughout the project, to proactively providing material forecasts, establishing capacity requirements, and escalating potential conflicts to avoid impact to the customer.
- Identifies regular customer communication needs and provides proactive updates according to those needs, including project kick off calls, as well as answering any incoming communication directly from the customer.
- Identifies risks throughout project and initiates plans to mitigate those risks.
- Maintains and updates third party and customer web portals (PULSE, QuickBase, Service Channel, etc.)
- Generates daily reports from third party web portals to ensure customers’ database and Loeb’s database are synced.
- Participates in regularly scheduled conference calls with customers and vendors to foster open communication regarding project statuses, materials are delivered on time, and open deliverables.
- Generates weekly reports and prepares/delivers status updates for management, as required.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding financial related goals, including, established margin goals, RMA returns within 21 days of completed project, unbilled costs not to exceed 8% of project value, final cost reconciliation within 14 days of project completion, and final customer invoicing within 14 days of project completion.
Skills & Qualifications:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats; ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships.
- Ability to successfully provide direction to team ensuring compliance to the program.
- Commitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and conduct.
- Minimum of 2 years Project Management experience including experience in creating detailed Gannt charts, network diagrams, risk analysis, statements of work, and scopes of work.
Preferred:
- Experience in distribution, large retail, service organization or manufacturing.
- Experience working with Fortune 100 companies.
- Experience in lighting and electrical.
- 4-year college degree BA/BS or 5 years industry specific experience
