LOEL Senior Center is a small non-profit senior activity and nutrition site. We have been in business since 1976 serving Lodi and the surrounding area. We are a small non-profit and are committed to creating an inclusive culture where all employees feel welcomed and valued while serving the senior community.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage front desk reception and incoming calls
· Greet and assist visitors, answer customer questions, process payments
· Setting up appointments, scheduling, and follow-up on appointments
· Complete range of clerical tasks
· Assist with fundraising activities, programs and quarterly field trips
· Manage office inventory, order office supplies as needed
· Prepare monthly newsletter
· Assist President/CEO, correspondence and tasks as requested
· Other duties as assigned
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma/GED required
· Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· Detail oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced office environment and meet deadlines
· Exceptional communication skills
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent organization skills
· Bulk mail experience
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Reports to the President/CEO
Part-Time
Monday-Thursday 8:00 am -2:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am -1:00 pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28.5 per week
