Description
Loesung provides personnel support solutions, primarily in intelligence, information technology, and program analysis, to federal customers to rapidly respond to mission objectives. Loesung is a proud Ho’okahua Hawaiian Foundation (HHF) company. HHF supports the reduction of homelessness and underemployment inflicting the Native Hawaiian people. We are seeking an all source intelligence analyst to serve in the INSCOM G35 as a collection manager at Fort Belvoir, VA.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of multiple intelligence sources to produce timely, accurate, and relevant intelligence assessments.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within complex data sets.
- Effectively communicate complex intelligence information to a variety of audiences through clear and concise written and oral presentations.
- Utilize a wide range of intelligence databases and analytical tools to support intelligence production.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex intelligence challenges.
- Conduct quality control of draft Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)
- Provide IIR feedback and instructional assessments
- Conduct research and assessment of reportable information contained in draft IIRs
- Prepare analytical information reports for collection management
- Participate in inter-agency coordination liaison
- Capture notes in meetings pertaining to specified and implied tasks
- Create critical infrastructure threat assessments and outlooks
- Assist in preparing collection management plans
- Prepare force protection threat assessments
- Track FINTEL related to partner agencies
- Disseminate certain partner agency FINTEL
- Support publication of the CI Operating Directives.
- Provide feedback to CI production assessments and CI operational and collection activity assessments.
- Attend the INSCOM Targeting Review Board (1 (one) per month). At the conclusion of each meeting, the Contractor shall provide Government leadership with written feedback for an executive summary.
- Support the Army CI Support to Research, Development, and Acquisition (CIRDA) with quarterly and annual collection assessments against tasked intelligence collection requirements.
- Support the Army Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCIP) Program and Critical Infrastructure Risk Management (CIRM) related collection with quarterly and annual collection assessments against tasked intelligence collection requirements.
- Provide subject matter expertise to INSCOM senior leaders on CI collection management, including attending the monthly Collection Management Targeting Board (CMTB).
- Provide Government leadership with an executive summary of the CMTB, with particular focus on CI equities.
- Provide product resulting from tasked Intelligence Collection Requirements gap analysis.
Qualifications
Required Training:
- Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Intelligence Certifying Courses
- Army (Officer) – Military Intelligence Captains Career Course or Service Equivalent. Additional Skill Identifiers in an intelligence field are desired.
- Army (Warrant) – 350F Course or Service Equivalent. Completion of Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education and/or Additional Skill Identifiers in an intelligence field are desired.
- Army (Enlisted) – 35F Course or Service Equivalent. Completion of Senior Leaders Course and/or Additional Skill Identifiers in an intelligence field are desired.
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years combined experience in the following fields
- Collection Management (3 years or more)
- All-Source Analysis (3 years or more)
