We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our Store Planning team at LOEWE. This dynamic individual will oversee all maintenance operations across various regional spaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards across all locations to support business objectives. With strong time management skills, you will efficiently prioritize urgent maintenance needs and support in store openings and closings. As a key member of the store planning team, the facilities coordinator will drive success through strategic planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in maintaining regional spaces, including retail, outlet, wholesale, and corporate channels, ensuring they meet operational standards.
· Support scheduling, vendor coordination, and quality checks for HVAC, cleaning, MEP, fire protection systems, inspections, and general repairs.
· Help prioritize and address urgent maintenance needs efficiently using strong time management skills.
· Aid in negotiating prices and contracts for maintenance services with third-party vendors under the guidance of senior team members.
· Coordinate vendor training initiatives and provide feedback on vendor performance to ensure service quality.
· Assist in developing and maintaining preventive service schedules and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
· Liaise with landlords and government departments to ensure compliance with lease standards and regulatory codes.
· Support inspections of fire safety systems, elevators, and other facility checks as required.
· Travel to locations as needed to assist in facility management audits, evaluate local vendors, and uphold maintenance standards.
· Assist in implementing sustainable planning and analysis strategies that align with business objectives.
· Support vendor and contract management for facility repairs and help troubleshoot technical issues.
· Track and report on repair and maintenance budgets, providing recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
· Help establish service levels for stores, equipment technicians, contractors, and vendors.
· Support coaching operations on store conditions, roles, and responsibilities to ensure compliance and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills and expertise:
· 3 years of relevant experience in store planning, operations, or project management.
· Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, SAP, and AutoCAD.
· Highly organized with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Experience working with third party vendors, service channels, and budget management.

COMPENSATION
LOEWE uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market-competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LOEWE reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $65,000.00 to $70,000 per year.
