What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public Relations Intern - Summer 2025 position at Loewe?
Based out of New York City, the Public Relations Intern will be responsible for supporting the US PR team in their daily responsibilities. They will be accountable for regional media monitoring, sample trafficking and organization, facilitating and tracking domestic and international logistics.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist the US PR team with editorial and VIP sample trafficking, including uploading and managing US Sample set within Launchmetrics
- Assist PR Assistant with all product logistics including messenger services, FEDEX, UPS, domestic/international shipments ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor print online coverage and execute press clippings • Maintain organization of sample closet, including press library and administrative supplies
- Assist US PR team with seasonal gifting initiatives and research of rising talent and influencers that fit within brand aesthetic
- Updating of internal distro lists in Launchmetrics
Profile:
- Extremely detail oriented, with an organized manner of working
- A team player who works very well with others and communicates clearly and articulately
- Able to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced office environment with high pressure situations, while possessing a strong sense of urgency
- High level of professionalism in emails and day-to-day correspondence
- Genuinely enthusiastic to learn and grow in a positive, collaborative work environment
- Ability to take initiative and perform tasks in a self-sufficient manner
- Passionate about the luxury fashion industry
Education & Experience:
- Pursuing degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communication, or Fashion Business
- Previous Press and Media relations internship a plus
- Previous Fashion Closet experience
- Ability to arrange international shipment, create proformas, and arrange messengers
Special Skills:
- *Launchmetrics, Fashion Monitor/Influencer Intelligence, computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office

This is a paid internship. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $16.50-18.00 (hourly).
