Club Concierge (Part-time)

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is Now Hiring Part-Time Club Concierges' for our High Volume, Beautiful Resorts!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Guest Service Skills
• Computer Skills: Microsoft office
• Previous Resort experience is preferred, but, not mandatory
• Previous Food & Beverage Experience
• This is a Great Job for a Hospitality Student or Alumni!
• Must be able to have a flexible schedule: Days, Nights, Weekends & Holidays
• Familiar with the Orlando area and what it has to offer in it's Theme Parks, Restaurants and other attractions

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage guest inquiries and requests efficiently, utilizing strong time management skills.
• Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for administrative tasks and communication.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns and providing information about resort amenities.
• Uphold hospitality standards to enhance the overall guest experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
