Management of Group Revenue Strategy - 60%
- Manage Group Forecast - 20%
- Create Group Plug forecast (based on rooms and meeting space availability)
- Review and Update Definite group wash weekly for monthly forecasts
- Present group forecast to DOSM / DORM / DOS
- Review, analyze and edit MARs and Transient Protected - 15%
- Provide Group Displacement Analysis and Follow Up for Outstanding Business Review decisions - 5%
- Participate and Provide Analytics for Access Business Review - 5%
- Evaluate and Approve requests for additional rooms from Sales - Conference Managers and Group Coordinators- 5%
- Favor rate requests - 2.5%
- Oversee Analyst to enforce current Group Histories on all Definite Group Business - 2.5%
- Assist with renovation displacement scenarios - 2.5% Assist in Management of Revenue Analyst- 20%
- Ensure the update of Group Grids (once a week at min.) - 5%
- Oversee completion and train Analyst on Sales Month End report (once a month) completed by Analyst - 5%
- Oversee Lead Management and ensure effective distribution by Analyst and Sales Coordinators
- Delphi Maintenance - enforce standards and compliance (once a week) - 1%
- Ensure accuracy of Turnovers / Addendums turned by Analyst - 2%
- Attend Group Pickup Meeting and assist and direct Analyst on managing the daily group cut-offs - 5%
