To maintain tracking systems for day to day housekeeping operation, to include guest satisfaction surveys, ordering supplies, managing inventories, payroll and other office related duties.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Maintain all tracking systems in the department, primarily Market Metrix and Following up with customer service
- Track and maintain inventories for housekeeping department and order supplies as needed based on par levels
- Prepare biweekly payroll, memos, vacation requests, and schedule for completion by manager
- Ensure payment of gratuities and incentive is completed correctly
- Enter day off requests on schedule
- Answer housekeeping phones
- Expedite guest requests, departmental requests, front office requests, engineering requests to appropriate areas. Update suite status on computer
- Type, file and perform other clerical duties as assigned
