To generate business and handle all inquiries for restaurant parties of less than 40 people and small wedding parties of 20 people or less. The primary focus is to handle all arrangements from ceremonies, to guestrooms, to booking a restaurant or function room to accommodate the needs of the guest.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Handles incoming reservation requests, solicits new business and coordinates vendor’s orders and all other aspects relating to creating a comfortable atmosphere for restaurant patrons
- Enter schedules into Unifocus by Friday at 2pm
- Be the keeper of all Private Events for Bank & Bourbon
- Enter all private events into Open Table and utilize Delphi to block space when required
- Attend all BEO meetings and keep them current and up to date
- Work with Chef on any menu changes and updating menus to reflect changes as well as menu descriptions. Update food and beverage menu’s when necessary
- Check with host stand daily and develop pars for all menus and reprint when necessary
- Maintain computer file with all menus neatly organized in folders with dates to ensure the most current is being used.
- Field inquiries and book Bourbon tastings and coordinate details with Beverage Manager
- Update menus change on OpenTable when needed
- Upload any special menu’s, floor sheets, and schedules for any special occasion to OpenTable
- Handle and resolve check disputes and open folio’s
- Coordinate with Outlets Manager to ensure there is a set schedule for posting to Facebook, Instagram & Twitter, ensuring that they all fall within Loews Guidelines
- Attend any offsite events for which Bank & Bourbon is participating
- Regular attendance in conformance with Loews standards
- Ability to work varying schedules to reflect business needs of the hotel

- Must have communication skills in terms of the ability to negotiate, convince, sell and influence professionals and/or hotel guest
- Thorough knowledge of the practices and procedures of the food & beverage and hospitality professions
- Knowledge of the hotel’s policies and procedures and the ability to determine course of action based on these guidelines
