Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Bartender experience.
- Basic English language communications required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages, Cocktail; recipes, preparation methods, glassware, equipment and service.
- Ability to stand stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during entire shift.
- Take orders and serves guests at bar.
- Provide upsell opportunities to guests to enhance the dining experience and increase overall check average.
- Inventories all beverages and operating supplies, orders replacement items as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
