We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of IT projects across various departments, ensuring alignment with business goals and Agile best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, and drive project success.

Project Management

  • Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum best practices.
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to help the team deliver high-quality results.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the backlog and ensure prioritization aligns with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement or system enhancements.
  • Develop process flows, wireframes, and other visual aids to communicate requirements to technical teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity of objectives.
  • Support quality assurance efforts by reviewing test cases and validating that deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Assist in the prioritization of requirements based on business impact and technical feasibility.

Documentation and Communication

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of all project documentation, including requirements, plans, and status updates.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
  • Report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, business analysis, and Agile facilitation.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies (e.g., APIs, cloud computing).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Salary : $85,000 - $125,000
