Job Title: Direct Store Delivery Route Driver (No CDL Required)

Our drivers touch fright! As a Route Delivery Driver, you are the team member that our customers interact with the most. Providing exceptional customer service is a key part of this role and is essential in maintaining our commitment to customer service. You will interact with customers professionally, ensuring a positive delivery experience and addressing any questions or concerns. Duties include delivering, merchandising, and promoting Lunch Box Food products.
Pay: $18 -$20 an hour with potential to be full commission after training earning approximately $60,000 - $75,000.
What we look for:
- Valid interstate eligible driver's license, 21 or older
- Ability to work early morning hours (4 AM – 5 AM depending on the route)
- Excellent customer service and account management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in delivery orders
- Access to reliable and punctual transportation
- Pass a background check (including sex offender registry)
- Willing to recertify DOT Med Card and pass a DOT drug screen
- Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Check (MVR)
- Must be comfortable driving and unloading in varying weather conditions.
What you’ll do:
- SAFETY FIRST. Must be able to safely operation vehicles at all times and follow all safety guidelines
- Placing orders that maximize sales and minimize returns while properly merchandising products on store shelves
- Maintain store pick lists, inventory sheets, and end of day reports
- Deliver and communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Unload products using a ramp and hand dolly
- Must be able to repetitively lift/carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pound, push/pull up to 150 pounds
