Job Title: Direct Store Delivery Route Sales Driver (No CDL Required)

We produce and distribute fresh sandwiches, salads, and other food products to convenience stores, vending companies, and other local business. Our drivers touch fright! As a Route Delivery Driver, you are the team member that our customers interact with the most. Providing exceptional customer service is a key part of this role and is essential in maintaining our commitment to customer service. You will interact with customers professionally, ensuring a positive delivery experience and addressing any questions or concerns. Duties include delivering, merchandising, and promoting Lunch Box Food products.
Pay: $20 an hour with potential to be full commission after training earning approximately $60,000 - $75,000.
Schedule:
- 3:30 AM until complete
- Working: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with a layover Monday night and returning to Council Bluffs on Tuesday
- Day off: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
What we look for:
- Valid interstate eligible driver's license, 21 or older
- Ability to work early morning hours (4 AM – 5 AM depending on the route)
- Excellent customer service and account management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in delivery orders
- Access to reliable and punctual transportation
- Pass a background check (including sex offender registry)
- Willing to recertify DOT Med Card and pass a DOT drug screen
- Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Check (MVR)
- Must be comfortable driving and unloading in varying weather conditions.
What you’ll do:
- SAFETY FIRST. Must be able to safely operation vehicles at all times and follow all safety guidelines
- Placing orders that maximize sales and minimize returns while properly merchandising products on store shelves
- Maintain store pick lists, inventory sheets, and end of day reports
- Deliver and communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Unload products using a ramp and hand dolly
- Must be able to repetitively lift/carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pound, push/pull up to 150 pounds
