Staff Accountant

About This Role: Independently handle AP processing and respond to the AP email inbox, while ensuring all approvals are in place Accurately execute cash payments in the bank with required approvals and no errors Complete bank reconciliations on time and with accuracy Manage credit card portal and employee reimbursements by monitoring new card requests, reviewing purchases/coding/receipts, and reconciling to month end statement Proactively communicate with internal teams and vendors Accurate & Timely AP Processing: Ensuring invoices are processed correctly, payments are made on time, and vendor records are up to date Inbox Management: Proactively handling the AP email inbox, responding to inquiries, and escalating issues when needed Bank Reconciliations: Completing reconciliations accurately and resolving discrepancies ash Payments: Executing cash payments in the bank without errors and in accordance with company policies Team Collaboration: Working effectively with finance and other departments to support overall accounting operations Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business field At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance experience, preferably in a fast-growing or startup tech environment Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus!)
