LOFT is a family-owned flight training center for professional pilots. We teach corporate pilots how to fly several different types of private jets using full-motion flight simulators. LOFT services two markets in the aviation industry; private owner operators and charter companies operating flights for paying passengers. Training both markets of pilots at LOFT is highly regulated with FAA oversight. Our charter companies are further held to a high standard requiring strict regulatory management for their training events.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Manager for our charter companies at LOFT - CJ and Citation Training in Carlsbad, CA. You will be working closely with our current department head for Charter Operations and assist with managing your assigned book of accounts.
Our Accounts Manager will be responsible for;
- Onboarding new charter companies that have expressed interest to train their pilots at LOFT, and tracking their approval process.
- Working with your assigned accounts fielding a high volume of training requests on our schedule from multiple companies at once.
- Familiarizing yourself with each account's documents and ensuring all are uploaded, up-to-date and reviewed.
- Tracking and confirming each training event requested is in line with regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining and progressing relationships with a proactive approach for your assigned accounts as their established point of contact at LOFT.
- Entering training events in our CRM software with a high degree of accuracy.
- Working closely with fellow staff at LOFT and ensuring effective communication at all times.
