Loftness Specialized Equipment, a leading manufacturer of high-quality vegetation management and agricultural equipment, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position plays a critical role in driving sales growth by supporting customers, dealers, and distributors, managing inbound inquiries, and facilitating seamless sales operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong sales acumen and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure seamless customer support and order processing.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and distributors, providing product information, pricing, and availability details.


  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, converting leads into sales opportunities.


  • Assist in preparing sales quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.


  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.


  • Provide technical product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs.


  • Support marketing efforts by identifying potential leads and participating in promotional campaigns.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the equipment or manufacturing industry.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.


  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).


  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn product specifications and applications.


  • Experience working with dealers and distributors is a plus.


  • Experience working in ERP system.


Preferred:

  • Proficiency in CRM software.


  • Familiarity with Crystal Reports.


  • Experience with SQL
