Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure seamless customer support and order processing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and distributors, providing product information, pricing, and availability details.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Assist in preparing sales quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Provide technical product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Support marketing efforts by identifying potential leads and participating in promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the equipment or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn product specifications and applications.
- Experience working with dealers and distributors is a plus.
- Experience working in ERP system.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports.
- Experience with SQL
