What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fence Installers position at Log Cabin Fence?
Log Cabin Fence is looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our team building fence and fabric roof structures. We are looking for someone who is friendly, detail oriented, punctual, and able to learn quickly.
The perfect candidate will be someone that is looking for a career, takes pride in their work, trustworthy, and can be held accountable for high standards. There is room for advancement with this position. To qualify, you will be subject to DOT testing and a drug screen. Multiple positions are available. Work is performed outside, in the elements, year-round.
Pay starts at $18.00 an hour; there is room for advancement based on ability/performance/past experience. A typical workweek is 40-42 hours, time and a half pay over 40 hours. The typical workweek is Monday through Thursday; our crews usually have three-day weekends. If we lose a day of work due to weather, then we work Fridays. We will train you; you just need basic construction knowledge and a willingness to learn.
Paid health insurance begins after three-month probationary period. Paid vacation begins after one year employment.
Never any weekends/evenings; we understand the importance of having your time with your family and friends.
Valid driver's license/reliable transportation required. We provide the required tools.
