We are looking for someone to join our team as a laborer/construction worker to build fence and fabric structures. Multiple positions are available.
Pay starts at $18.00 an hour; there is room for advancement based on ability/performance/past experience. To qualify, you will be subject to DOT testing and a drug screen. A typical workweek is 40-42 hours, time and a half pay over 40 hours. The typical workweek is Monday through Thursday; our crews usually have three-day weekends. If we lose a day of work due to weather, then we work Fridays. We will train you; you just need basic construction knowledge and a willingness to learn.
The perfect candidate will be someone that takes pride in their work, is trustworthy, has outstanding attendance, a good attitude, works safely, and can be held accountable for high standards. Work is performed outside, in the elements, year-round.
Paid health insurance begins after three-month probationary period. Paid vacation begins after one year employment.
Never any weekends/evenings; we understand the importance of having your time with your family and friends.
Valid driver's license/reliable transportation required. We provide the required tools.
