We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This dual-role position requires someone who can seamlessly shift between serving tables and working behind the bar.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of alcohol safety training such as TiPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification (a plus, but not required)
