Logan A/C & Heat Services in Cincinnati, OH is looking to hire an HVAC Service Tech Trainee. Are you looking to get into a trade, but don't have experience? This is the perfect, entry level position to jump start your HVAC career at Logan Services!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shadow and assist Service Technicians with service, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems
- Attend in-house training sessions
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to comfortably interact with customers
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team player attitude
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
