The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for initiating and developing strategies, tactics, and metrics aimed at driving traffic to our company website. You will work collaboratively across departments to maintain and improve website performance and ensure it aligns with our digital marketing strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content for the website, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Regularly update website pages with fresh content such as text, images, and videos.
- Implement a backlink-building strategy and actively seek opportunities for proper backlink placements.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve website speed and load times.
- Troubleshoot issues and bugs to ensure seamless website functionality.
- Ensure website usability across multiple platforms, devices, and screen layouts.
- Optimize keyword rankings and develop strategies to enhance performance with additional keywords.
- Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Data Studio to collect, analyze, and take action based on digital performance data.
- Maintain an organized website structure and improve technical SEO.
- Monitor and adapt to search engine algorithms to ensure compliance and performance.
- Ensure the compatibility of the website with PPC, digital display, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Measure and report key performance metrics on digital campaigns.
- Suggest new digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to improve performance.
- Collaborate on marketing department initiatives and overall strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Local Services, Google Trends, and other Google products.
- Strong ability to manage priorities, workflow, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, as needed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Clean background check, valid driver's license, and drug-free status required.
