Job Description
- Provide direct support and training to individuals with developmental disabilities in activities that promote their health, safety, and well-being.
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as house cleaning, meal preparation, personal grooming, and toileting.
- Implement goals and objectives outlined in Individual Support Plans and Behavior Management Plans.
The Direct Support Professional will actively participate as members of a team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in activities that make their day meaningful and support their achievement of desired outcomes.
