We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities to provide daily living support, including personal care, meal preparation, and household maintenance. You will also have the opportunity to participate in community activities and outings, and to contribute to the development of individualized support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household maintenance
- Assist individuals with medication management and health-related tasks
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community partners
- Participate in community activities and outings, and contribute to the development of individualized support plans
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely records and reports
