As an Event Marketing Intern, you'll be part of a dynamic team, helping plan and execute this iconic event. Gain hands-on experience in marketing, event coordination, and community outreach— all while supporting a mission-driven cause
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize and distribute event merchandise to schools and community partners.
• Connect with local schools to engage them in event activities and share distribution updates.
• Provide customer support by answering questions about merchandise and event details.
• Assist with event setup, on-site operations, and post-event cleanup.
• Support schools participating in the Disability Awareness Challenge.
• Deliver merchandise in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Undergraduate student (2nd or 3rd year preferred).
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• A reliable vehicle for merchandise deliveries.
• Availability for 10-20 hours per week, plus event dates (March 26, 2025).
• Passion for teamwork, organization, and communication.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
