At LOGAN Heating and Cooling, we pride ourselves on our positive, family-oriented work culture. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team! This position will act as a liaison, provide services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and friendly high-level customer service and support to customers and staff
- Efficiently manage and maintain service schedules and appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate parties
- Schedule service calls and maintenance appointments in Service Titan software
- Billing and Collections
- Review technician time sheets submitted daily
- Assist in inventory purchasing, handling, and transactions
- Other general office duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to relate well over the phone and handle high volume phone calls

- Previous HVAC or dispatching experience
- High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation:
- $15.00-$20.00 per hour
