- Income potential is based on sales performance and meeting/exceeding sales goals as well as the conditions outlined in a written employment agreement. Total income potential can range from $150,000 to $250,000

Key Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite during business hours, including weekends.
- Passion and skill for interacting with customers during large purchase decisions.
- Driven to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient computer knowledge, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Reliable and appropriate transportation to facilitate travel throughout the workday.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to solve problems quickly and independently.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, service, or a professional business role preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the home building and buying journey.
- Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges, establishing Logan Homes as the best solution available while overcoming objections to close the sale.
- Follow the Logan Homes sales process.
- Network and perform outreach to realtors.
- Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and work effectively with other team members.
- Track and maintain leads within builder CRM in a timely manner.
- Attend sales meetings and participate in all training.
- Execute sales contracts with builder software and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct competition studies regularly to report on current market trends.
