Overview
Our practice provides dental services to adults and children in the Cache Valley area. Over the past several years our practice has grown and thrived. Fortunately for you, this growth has created the demand for new team members. We are seeking individuals who are well-presented and have excellent anticipation, multi-tasking and communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of being reliable, energetic, exhibiting common sense and making a difference in the lives of others. The person we are seeking must have confidence and bring solutions to the problem while being an advocate for our fast-paced office.
Duties
Patient Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations.
Insurance Verification: Confirm patient insurance details and coverage.
Billing & Payments: Handle patient invoicing, process payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Patient Communication: Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide appointment reminders.
Patient Intake: Collect and update patient information, including medical history and consent forms.
Records Management: Maintain and organize patient files, ensuring confidentiality.
Coordination with Clinical Staff: Communicate treatment plans, procedures, and patient needs to the dental team.
Patient Follow-up: Ensure patients receive post-treatment care instructions and schedule follow-up appointments.
Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and office policies.
