As a Luxury Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our Class A / luxury apartment community.
You will be responsible for leasing upscale apartments, providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, and contributing to the overall success of our community.
Responsibilities
- Leasing and Marketing :
- Conduct property tours to showcase apartment units, amenities, and community features.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract prospective residents.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability.
- Tenant Relations :
- Cultivate strong relationships with current residents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address resident concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.
- Process rental applications, leases, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of leasing activity, resident interactions, and market trends.
- Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, including unit inspections and key management.
- Market Analysis :
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitors' offerings.
- Conduct regular market surveys to benchmark pricing and amenities.
- Make recommendations for pricing adjustments and incentive programs to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Team Collaboration :
- Collaborate effectively with property management and maintenance teams to address resident needs and maintain property appearance.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of leasing or sales experience, preferably in luxury apartment communities or the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
