Seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a conventional property in Moreno Valley, CA, comprising of 300 units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance Operations : Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Team Leadership : Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Work Orders : Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Inspections : Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure the property is well-maintained and meets company standards.
- Vendor Management : Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services, ensuring quality work and cost-effective solutions.
- Inventory Management : Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment, and manage budget for maintenance expenses.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property maintenance and safety.
