Logan Regional Medical Center (LRMC) currently has a position for a full-time ASCP Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) to perform routine laboratory testing in various parts of our medical Lab. Directors and Managers are hands-on and provide excellent support to our team members and staff. Although we are a small facility, we do many in-house procedures at Logan Regional Medical Center. Qualifications
Minimum Education
- Graduate of a Program in Medical Lab Technology
Required Skills
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required to be obtained within 30 days of hire
- One year clinical experience, preferred
- ASCP certification
- Current WV Laboratory Practitioners license
