Job Description:
- Teacher will be responsible for teaching English/Language Arts to 6th grade students
- Demonstrate a high level of effectiveness
- Use a variety of instructional methods and materials

- Maintain control that is conducive to safety in the classroom
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Valid IN teaching license
- Upon offer, applicant must complete and clear a drug screen and expanded criminal history background check for school personnel as required by IN state law
Job Qualifications:
- Applicant must possess a knowledge of best practices in English/Language Arts instruction
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students of all abilities
- Strong communication skills in order to successfully interact with students, staff and parents
