Job Description:
- Assesses patients by using advanced knowledge and skills
- Performs within the scope of practice and is dedicated to providing patient service of the highest quality
- Consults and collaborates with other members of the healthcare team as appropriate to provide reasonable patient care
Job Qualifications:
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school
- Certification as Adult or Family Practice Nurse
- Licensed and in good standing with the State of Indiana Health Professional Bureau
- Current State and Federal Controlled Substance Certification or equivalent (or must have recently applied)
- Current BLS and ACLS (or obtain within 6 months of hire date)
- Active member of the dependent practitioner medical staff in good standing (preferred)
- Previous experience in Radiation/Oncology preferred
FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs/wk) Days M-F
